NJDOT: Route 23, Bloomfield Ave to Bridge over NJ Transit, M.P. 0.0 – 4.90, Verona Township, and Cedar Grove Townships, Essex County; Little Falls Township, and Wayne Township, Passaic County, NJ, Final Design (2014-2016)

For this final design project, KMA was responsible for development of complete construction plans and specifications. Project aspects included ADA ramp design at 56 intersections, signal design (11 signals), utilities investigations and coordination, pavement, stormwater management, roadside safety (guiderails), and signing and striping. This project employed a Road Diet throughout the corridor.
